Greater Efficiency:
The introduction of double condensing technology combined with Toroidal Vortex blue flame oil combustion and control via a microprocessor based optimiser compensator energy management system has resulted in the most energy efficient heating machine ever devised.
Savings of the order of 30% compared with standard efficiency boilers are demonstratable with this technology rather than the 8% to 12% savings of simple condensing boilers.
Outputs:
Individual units are available up to 80kW output. Higher outputs can be catered for by combinations of individual units with control via fully integrated sequencer controls.

- Toroidal Vortex Combustion - this is an innovative technique in a toroidal gas flow and is applied to a standard pressure jet burner to enhance combustion efficiency to near perfect blue flame combustion. Typical Carbon Monoxide levels are 0ppm with the technique.
The heat exchanger is a one piece 316 grade stainless construction whereby heat is exchanged between the gases and the water in the heating system and also the incoming air to the burner system.
This is the double condensing principle and it means that the heat exchanger remains in the condensing mode far longer than in simple single condensing boilers.
Control:
- Add to the above a sophisticated optimiser compensator control system that controls the heating very accurately by modulating the boiler temperature in line with real time heat demand and you have the ultimate in energy saving technology.
- The enhanced combustion and heat transfer technology leads to flue gas temperatures so low that normal UPVC plastic can be employed to form the flue system.
Extremely Low Noise:
Noise levels of the units are very low in comparison to standard pressure jet burners and the 80kW unit can be located in occupied rooms in domestic applications.

Servicing:
All boilers use standard pressure jet burners and are easy to service. The heat exchanger surfaces tend to self clean as a consequence of the continual washing effect of the condensate and the lack of deposition resulting from the enhanced combustion efficiency.
Flues:
As mentioned above, all flues can be constructed from UPVC. This reduces installation cost and enables flues to be constructed in a variety of conventional or balanced flue versions. 82mm diameter is usual on the 40kW units and 110mm diameter on the 80kW units.
